Wellendorff has once again been selected
as the best jewellery brand

The jewellery manufactory has been ranked in the top 20 luxury German-made brands in Wirtschaftswoche magazine

Pforzheim, 5th April. Wellendorff has been once more ranked one of the best – as the most sought-after luxury company in its sector, among watches by A. Lange & Söhne and sports cars by Porsche. Since 2005, and every two years since, the business magazine has been announcing the best German luxury brands, the index of which is based on a questionnaire completed by branch experts. For two years, Wellendorff has been the only jewellery manufactory ranked in the top 20, and is therefore the number one jewellery maker. "We are proud, as a medium-sized, family company to be one of the best German-made luxury brands. This result spurred us on to reach out to the international market and to pursue our adherence to ‘genuine values’" stresses Christoph Wellendorff, who attributes the success of the manufactory mainly to the insistence on high quality and excellence for the creation of their jewellery.

Genuine Values: The Wellendorff Jewellery Manufactory

The jewellery manufactory, which was founded in Pforzheim in 1893 by Ernst Alexander Wellendorff, is now a family-run business in its fourth generation. It stands for expert German-made goldsmithing in 18-karat gold as well as genuine values. Over the last 120 years, every single piece of jewellery has been made in Pforzheim and is signed with the "Diamond W" company logo. The German manufactory is famous worldwide for its Wellendorff rope woven in thin gold wire as well as the spinning Wellendorff rings with their coloured cold enamel, artistic patterns, ornamentation and diamonds. Wellendorff has 15 boutiques in Germany, Vienna, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Beijing and San Francisco, and is represented across the world via a network of selected jewellers.
